1/2 TSP GARLIC, GRANULAR
2 TBSP CHICKEN SOUP BASE
2 C APPLE WINE (Boones Farm)
2 (16oz) CANS TOMATO SAUCE
4-1/3 TBSP CHILI POWDER
2 TBSP CUMIN, PACKED
1/4 TSP LEMON PEPPER
SEASON SALT TO TASTE

2 (16oz)CANS KIDNEY BEANS, DRAINED
1/4 TSP CAYANNE PEPPER

SAUTE MEAT IN SKILLET. PUT MEAT, ONIONS, GARLIC, WINE AND
CHICKEN SOUP BASE IN THE CHILI POT AND SIMMER FOR 1-1/2 HOURS.
KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF AND LEAVE THE LID ON.!!!!!

ADD TOMATO SAUCE, CHILI POWDER, LEMON PEPPER AND CUMIN. STIR!
COOK ON LOW FOR ANOUTHER 1-1/4 HOURS.

ADD CAYENNE PEPPER AND KIDNEY BEANS.PUT THE LID BACK ON AND
SIMMER FOR ANOTHER 15 MIN ADD SEASON SALT TO TASTE.

IF TOO THICK ADD A LITTLE WATER.
