Duger's Shrimp Ceviche

Like The Shrimp House And Enriques

1 lb   Salad Shrimp  - thawed and drained
6   Limes - juiced ( 1 cup)
1 Small Red Onion - diced fine
4 OZ can Green Chilis - diced fine
1/2 Bunch  Mint - stems removed & diced fine
1/2 Bunch Cilantro - stems removed & diced fine
14 Oz can Diced Tomatoes - drained and diced fine
8 Oz Clamato Juice
2 Tbl Honey
2 tea Season Salt

Combine all in a glass bowl and refrigerate 6 hrs min.
